OK I borowed a DCR-VX2000 NTSC and I can't get it to play a tape. I put in a tape I know has stuff on it and when I press play all I get is the blue screen as if the tape was blank. Everything else on the cam seems to be working fine, and the thing might even be able to record but there's no way for me to check anything because no tape will play! I have a shoot I'm suposto be doing tomorrow morning but now...
So if anybody has heard of this problem please let me know how to fix it. I have tried a head cleaner with no luck. A lot of people use this cammera so I'm guessing it's either broken or somebody put on some crazy setting. But I've ben over every button and in every menu and can't find any way to fix my cam.
