so they released a patch for it before i even booted it up the first time and it all worked great. they then released a patch early today, and now many people including myself can't even get into a lobby. fml
Eh, there are too many issues with this game apparently. All sorts of stuff connection and hacking related. I'm not sure it's a server issue with consoles but as far as PC gamers go I'd recommend steering clear of it for a little while.

Yea the game definitely brought in the loot that's for sure. I've heard that IWNet is a pretty big failure though and they have no way of kicking or banning hackers. Pretty F'ed up IMO.

once the newness wore off, it was the same old game with new maps, and a few new guns, and new gun camos. nothing has changed fundamentally, except for the killstreaks. which now BREEDS campers so they can get as many kills as possible without dying to accomplish their killstreaks. LAME.
game got shelved 2 months ago, don't see myself buying the new maps that were supposed to come out last month. IW has wh0red out their franchise into something that everyone can access, and everyone can exploit.
now, on the other hand, i REALLY enjoyed the campaign. definitely put some WOW factor in it this time around. i could play the campaign over and over and over.
