Double rich chocolate ftw. Mix this with some low-fat chocolate milk (if you're lean like me and not worried about a few extra cals), and it seriously tastes great. I'd drink it even if it had no nutritional value. I'd be suspicious of the quality from this "buybulk" brand. Don't have time to roam their site right now, but what's the amino acid profile like on this whey? Protein% by weight? Is it a concentrate? Isolate? Digestability? No 2 protein powders are created equal my friend  |

Lots of companies make the exact same blend for smaller companies or middle men and then they put their own label on the sh1t. ON Chocolate is definitely the way to go. The price of whey sure has gone up a lot since I first started taking it 7 years ago. I used to buy 10LB bags of ON for 49.99 |

Gaining weight is easy, losing weight is easy, gaining lean muscle mass and not putting on fat at the same time isn't so simple and losing fat also isn't so easy. If you need some advice or a workout plan and decent diet let me know. |
