I bet Phil has a great recipe for fried chicken :-)

Word on the Food Network Rovin. My mom doesn't work so all she does is cook all day and she copies recipes off there all the time. It is delicious.

I love food cooked over a fire using a cast iron pan. THAT'S the way!!!

Call me a country buck so what. My father loved his cast iron pan. I love his food. Chicken, fish, even fried spaghetti.

Try it.

My mom has this delicious marinade she uses for steaks sometimes. Its like a teriaki (I know I botched that word) marinade. She fills a large plastic sandwich baggie with the marinade and puts the steak in it and puts it in the fridge for a day. Then grills them and its awesome. Wish I could give you more info Chad lol.

BTW, Rachel Ray or Giada? Who woul you prefer?

heinz makes a good marinade for steaks. Not as good as homemade but it is good... If you decide to make hamburgers, take a good amount of worcestershire sauce and a VERY small amount of fine chopped onion and mix it in your hamburger meat (assuming you aren't using premade patties)

conjure up a marinade and let the steaks sit in it for a while - then grill them and throw on some seasoning salt

McCormick's Montreal Steak, garlic powder, beer, Worcestershire sauce, and Tony's.

Let the steak marinade for ~4hrs, light the grill (charcoal or forget it), let it burn down to a nice bed of coals. Drop you ~1-1 1/2" steaks on it and close the lid. Don't even think about looking at them...let em cook for 3-4mins (on my grill), open grill and flip...give it another 3-4mins.

Eat.

I'm going to cook a Squirrel Mulligan in a week or two. Need 4-6 squirrel, so it looks like I'm goin' hunting on the reserve just north of campus.

I'll get some pics when I make it.
Nom-nom's :-)

Haha, you know Chad isn't going to eat a baby sized steak and he's not going to eat Asian sized zipper shrimp! He's going to get manly portions and load up on the butter and seasonings.

"Yea, who cares.."

Haha, I'm sure you know what it takes to be a fitness model or get into top shape, not that you want to. My point being, if you want to get into good or even decent shape you have to make sacrifices and talking about wolfing down food probably isn't a good way to go about it. Unless of course you're asking about healthy food choices. Meal frequency and calorie counts are key in burning off body fat along with a good exercise program.

Gotta have that Montreal Steak Spice. Other than that, I just chuck it on our rotted out BBQ and enjoy the smell while trying not to burn it.

Chad, throw some boneless chicken filets and 15 mins before it's done throw some BBQ sauce on it if you must. If you're trying to cut fat/weight take it easy on the carbs though.
