There have been several court cases that have gone to the Supreme court and deemed it un-Constitutional. Technically by providing your employer with SS# you are giving the Federal Reserve the "privilege" to take money. You know the Federal Bank is not a government entity right? It's a private corperation comprised of the major banks. Yet they somehow control our ENTIRE monetary system. The interest rate the government pays to that conglomerate is where a large part of the national debt is accrued, not to mention we are borrowing money from the Chinese to fund the "War" in Iraq.
