Well its slow going, but the sound room is getting there. We jumped on it at first and got alot done...then the holiday rush hit and it the room slowed to a hault. We will be getting an MTI Intuition switching system...the touch screen one
Well...here are a few pics:
Each speaker has its own enclosed chamber.
The display is hinged so you can get in behind it for wiring.
We stuck some subs in the room just to see how it sounds...2512 and 3518.
We arent 100% on what color we are going to cover the display w/. I wanted to see what everyone thought. We still have to build the amp display boards.
Just to clear it up...I didnt build the display. I didn't have time to being during the holidays. So I drew it up and we had a local cabnet shop build it...my boss was kin to the owner.
We build the room though.
I was thinking black for the display and maybe grey for the removable pannels.
Very nice. As far as paint, red and black are aggresive colors and make ppl feel threatened. Light blue is a calming color and will make ppl buy more freely. Off whites are good too, but very boring.
