The azz judges just don't get it. They have such huge sympathy for them that they refuse to give proper sentences. How can a animal like this only get 4 years?? In reality, he'll be serving less than 4 years. That's just how it works here. Most r@pists get 4 or less for their crimes, no matter how bad it is. ST. THOMAS -- A man who sexually abused his 4-year-old daughter live on the Internet for the gratification of another man was sentenced today to four years in a case the judge called a ``sickening" breach of trust. The 35-year-old man from St. Thomas was arrested on Oct. 29, 2006, just hours after he used a webcam to expose his daughter to a man -- who was actually an undercover police officer -- during a chat room conversation. The sentence means the man will serve another 20 months behind bars, in addition to the 14 months he has already spent in custody, and will then be on probation for three years. The man, who can't be identified to protect the identity of his daughter, pleaded guilty in October to seven criminal charges. |

How else can you explain about a terrorist getting bail??? What the puck? Are they crazy? These people don't give a flying puck about anything besides blowing things up. Pucking ba$tard$. After hearing that he had been granted bail this morning in a Brampton court, accused homegrown terrorist Yasin Mohamed smiled and locked eyes with his beaming father. As the decision was read, audible sighs of relief could be heard from relatives of the 26-year-old, who is charged with belonging to a cell that was allegedly plotting to bomb several targets in Ontario. |

A guy can walk into a party chop a guy in the neck with an axe, who is now paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life and what did the punk criminal get.....2 years house arrest in his parents fancy house....after the sentencing you can see the kid laughing on camera. |
