Yankee vs. Red Sox series starts tonite... projected starters: Friday, Pettite vs. Schilling Saturday, Karstens vs. Beckett Sunday, Wright vs. Dice-K
it'll be interesting to see how Dice-K does against arguably the best offense in the league on sunday...it will also be interesting to see how our rookies do against our rival at their stadium...
only thing we know is that it will be a money 3 game series
Dice-K should be at least 2-1 if not 3-0. He has got no run support so far. When he has pitched, the Red Sox have only managed a total of 5 runs. But it will be an awesome series. Watching the game right now. Man when Youkilus got HBP. It looked like it hit him right in the jaw at first.
charlie for a Sox fan, U have said some pretty stupid things here!....like Yogi said, "it ain't over til its over"..and of course its going to be a long season, they all are!...and U savor the victory over the yankees, like a fine wine..sip it, enjoy it, like se*x!...one game at a time!...each game, a new venture..
charlie..and too doubt Dice-K (like u did in another thread here), then u don't know much about baseball or the Sox!...the yankees and all the other teams wanted him badly!...he's the real deal!
