Here's something that's come to my attention loaning out your DVD to your dodgy friends who don't care whether they use it for an ashtray or a beer mat after viewing it.
The real reason behind this is to see if there home cinema sound better than yours! I've had one friend who played this sneaky trick a few times. The last time I had to supervise The Da Vinci Code just to make sure he didn't use it for an ashtray fu cking slob
I don't mind. I've never had anyone ruin a DVD of mine though. Tools are the worst by far. It seems everyone who needs to borrow a tool doesn't know how to use it. That's why I buy at least two of any tool I use the most. When my ex-wife borrows a tool I tell her to keep it. She'll ruin it anyway from misuse. I'm too nice.
A few years ago I loaned Aliens PAL VHS, to two Mormons and the tape came back F U C KED up! No I was not happy about it at all! And thou I had it on DVD as well I'd never loaned them the DVD.
