It says take 2 scops on training days and 1 scoop on off days. I use one scoop on training days and thats it. After the bottle im going to stay off creatine for about a month or two and then try shock therapy or go back to NO-xplode again. |

Which consists of atleast 2-3 shakes. Its groose but i gained 3 pds already. The 2-3 shakes im taking doesnt equal 200 its somewhere around 100 but with all the other meals i eat its somewhere around 200. |
