Sometimes tubas need a little kick in the bottom end, especially the giant ones. The Bb of the BBBb tuba has a fundamental of 27hz! I beleive the lower Eb of the BBBb tuba is 19hz! The thing really gets down there! If you can manage to get lower you can probably get down to like 17hz. You could build a specialized subwoofer to handle the specific frequencies of the tuba's deepest notes. That way you could get some crazy bass out of the tuba.
The tuba I play in my school band I've managed to get down to 38hz with(it's an octave higher than the BBBb, it's BBb tuba).

I already have that covered lol. My uncle gives me so many organ Dvd's and he sells organ subwoofers. There's this one $7000 organ subwoofer and it hits 16hz at 122dB lol.
