We've talked about our favorites but how about movies you really didn't like? For me it'd be the new Alice in Wonderland. My g/f wanted to see it, so we went, and I couldn't believe "that" was the movie. I just really didn't get a feel for anything going on in the movie and it all just seemed pointless. I'm sure I'll think of some others, but how about you guys?
Brokeback Mountain. Forced myself to watch because of the drama surrounding it but I regretted it on many levels lol. Scenery was great though. Not taking anything away from the acting at all. Just wasn't what I would spend $.50 on had I known.
Any Jean-Claude Van Damme movie. He always seemed too fake to me.
Speed 2. Just horrible.
From Justin to Kelly. The positively rancid film starring the very first American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson. You had to be a 12 year old girl and insane to love it.
Cool as Ice. Vanilla Ice trying desperately to save a 15 minute career. Didn't work. Off the top of my head this has to be #1 for me. Poor.....everything. Acting, script, editing, story, ect. It was the laughing stock of Hollywood.
Ninja Assassin is prob one of the dumbest movies I've ever seen in terms of originality. The action was OK but I was laughing SOO hard throughout the movie.
and 90% of movies that have actors/actresses that are really NOT actors. Example - Jennifer Lopez. She probably has THE worst and boring movies out. I'd avoid anything that she is in (unless you wanna watch for ASSets lol)
Worst movies I've ever seen. 1. Anything with Mamie Van Doren. 2. Remake of Psycho 3. Remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still 4. Matrix 2 + 3 5. Anything with Hugh Grant after the cute wore off. 6. Anything with Tanya Roberts.....with JLO proviso per Skulz. 7. Last 2 remakes of Riverworld by SciFi
I liked the second and third Matrix. I know they weren't as good as the first, it had that "Ah" factor, but they did do a good job of explaining the rest of the story. I miss the thrill of awesome trilogies like those coming out. I remember when Matrix, Pirates of the Carribean and Lord of the Rings were in theaters. I was always so pumped for the next movie to come out. Nothing close to that has came out in years.
I thought the second matrix was a good movie. The third one? Idk it wasnt the best, but i wouldnt say its the worst either. I agree with the jlo thing, tho i thought The cell and U turn were ok movies.
one of the worst movies I ever saw was 9 deaths of the ninja I also was so bored with open water....I wanted my 2 bucks back that I payed to see the movie it was so bad....9 deaths of the ninja i saw free...I guess id say I wanted my time back lol
I don't know. I get a semi kick out of parodies. Meet the Spartans actually made it on some worst movie lists too but I found it positively hilarious. Spaceballs as well.
Let's not forget Blazing Saddles. My fav from Mr. Brooks.
Mel has had his ups and downs. The 12 Chairs, Young Frankenstein and High Anxiety are all tops while the Robinhood thing and History of the World were awful. No in between for Mel! Spaceballs is an acquired taste, so to speak.
Meet the Spartans is in a 'class' by itself. I 'bout soiled myself at first viewing.
Ok. Just saw "Disaster movie". I bought it because it was made by the same peeps who did "Meet the Spartans".
Don't buy or watch it lol. It's an embarrassment to the 3rd degree. I wanted to turn it off within minutes. A complete "B" movie in disguise of a bad one lol.
There are some funny parts but not enough to warrant a purchase.
HTTM on the worst list? Did you think it was that bad? It was on smalldish a few nights ago for .99$ and it was not bad. I think it was because I like almost anything Cusak does.....and he was one of the producers! And how the heck did they get Chevy Chase to even appear in a Cameo?
I have to disagree on HTTM.. Was surprisingly funny. I figured it would suck, but if your old enough to remember some of the references, it helps. Family Guy is the same way...
Sean is the one who suggested HTTM be on the worst list! Not Me!
I just thought it was OK.....and John Cusak makes even marginal stuff like that quite watchable. One of my favorites is his 'Grosse Pointe Blank'. Dan Akroyd as a ruthless hit-guy?
I guess I'm just being sensitive! I do wonder, though, how much $$ did they pay Chevy? Is the poor guy broke or paying off a bunch of former wives? Why would you do something like that to yourself? Add HTTM to your resume` after such a neat career?
^^^^^ BY FAR THE FUNNIEST PART OF THAT MOVIE!!! good movie too!.. Kinda have a secret thing for the older girl in that movie.. Carried over from "Lucky Louie". If you haven't seen any "Lucky Louie" episodes, then you don'tr know funny. DL the entire collection and sit back and laugh!!!
Yo those two girls pissed me off lol. I hate dishonest women. Then again I have a bad track record of finding honest ones so I'm behind from the get go.
It's a parody. A guy named Stan Helsing (whom people mistake for Van Helsing) is trying to go to some Halloween party with a group of friends. His boss makes him drop off some videos to someone's house before he goes to the party. While on the way to drop off the videos, he encounters villains such as Jason, Freddy, Chuckie etc... It's just really not that funny. Few parts had me chuckling but definitely not worth the watch.
There are some girls in their that are pretty nice and have nice racks. Probably the only part I enjoyed the most.
