I have a visio VX37HDTV10A that blows the 5A 120v input fuse immediately when plugged in. The 150 MF 450V capacitor (C803) near L800 looked bulged on the side and top. Took it out and plugged the power supply board in with no cables connected and got same result. My power supply board # is 0500-0507-0250. The heat sink over L1 and FL2 has a tag (DPS-247AP B REV S0) I would appreciate some advice.
