I am leaving on Sunday, 15th December, 2012, to go abroad for the winter, and I am not likely to come back before May, 2013. I will therefore, not be posting in the forum while I am away, as (health permitting) I intend to do a lot of traveling to and pilgrimage in various places in India.

It is is possible that somebody I know would come later to India and I might run into him. If there is a card fix and if he knows about it, it might come out in a conversation. Beyond that there is very little chance that I would know about it. In India, I would often be relying on wayside "Internet Cafes" where I would be mostly signing into my email, but not into a forum.
I understand that high speed Broadband is becoming commonplace in many cities. But most of it geared to pay for amount you use. I would not want my hosts to bear the cost of my browsing in any of the forums I frequent. I have already taken leave from all my other forum writing free lancing jobs.
