I have a foreign TV that only has RCA in for the video and audio input. I want to watch cable TV (Coax) from wall. Need a converter and cannot find one. Anyone know of one. BTW the standard RF modulator does not work.

Get a VCR. Connect cable TV from the wall to the VCR's antenna input. Connect VCR's video and audio out to TV. Set VCR's channel to Line 1 Out.
