Flashing lights on Sharp AQUOS LC-70LE732U

TimEyman New member Username: Timeyman Post Number: 1 Registered: Mar-12	Posted on Friday, March 23, 2012 - 01:42 GMT I purchased a Sharp AQUOS model # LC - 70LE732U, serial #104823170. it's a black screen, with the power/arrow light below the word Sharp at the bottom is flashing. 5 successive white flashes, then a pause, then 2 white flashes, then a pause, then back to 5 flash sequence. when I manually push the power button on the right side of the TV, the power/arrow light will stay lit up in white for several seconds, then switch to the 5-2 flashing sequence. Purchased in May, 2011. suggestions?

If they manual does NOT have this info in the troubleshooting section, it's a worthless book. At that point, you need to write a note to service or call a local authorized tech. Even if the answer is sort of generic, it's a place to start troubleshooting.
