New member Username: Tommy_hPost Number: 1 Registered: Jan-12 | Hi all I am new to the FTA world it's my first time trying this out. A friend of mine gave me his old Pansat 2700 receiver and told me to get the necessary RQ-SSSP file. I download the file. but the msvcr71.d11 is missing. My questions are: Where to download the missing file and where to put it once i get get? Does anyone have step by step instructions? The copy i have is very vague. Can you please tell me what other equipment i might need, such as LMB, the right dish and satellites to get? |

It is a part of the Microsoft C Runtime Library. It is required for the essential running of the Microsoft libraries so it should not be removed. Sometime when you install a new software the rigistry gets damaged and you get this messages. sometimes A vurus destroys or remove this files. A detailed reading about it is at http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/msvcr71-dll-not-found-missing -error.htm This URL cautions you NOT to download the DLL file which is easy to obtain from many sources, such as : http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71 I have therefore, a duty to caution you about a direct download and installation. It's home is your windows folder and System32 subfolder. However details of installation can vary. More details here. http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/fix-msvcp71-dll-and-msvcr71-dll-missin g-error-in-windows-7/ } |

Gold Member Username: KrishnPost Number: 1715 Registered: Sep-06 | Bob: Need a few things to make it work. (i) High speed internet connection (ii) Connection to your router by an ethernet cable or powerline adapter (iii) (a) X-FTA dongle or (b) PC or desktop always connected to pansat - very likely PC or desktop does not have DB9 serial port, in that case you need an USB to DB9 adapter (iv) subscription to a private server - NFPS or IKS Rocket or other |
