Can someone who actually knows tell me what a "cable-card" is? Is this something that an imminent HDTV buyer should look for in a tv?
I'm currently thinking about buying the Samsung DLP 5063w.

Cable card is a card (available from your cable co.) to be inserted in your TV with a cable card slot. The card will take place of the set top box. You don't need a unsightly set-top box and you can use your TV remote to change cable channels.
