New member Username: KraangPost Number: 1 Registered: Jul-11 | i had internet cable service with WoW and they told me if i ever wanted tv service from them it was already wired to go...I want to switch my service to comcast but when the technician came over he said the line was dead and he needed to go downstairs to take the block off of the line. I CANNOT LET HIM DOWNSTAIRS. so i rescheduled the meeting.. i went and checked it out and it looks like the cable line from outside runs into a splitter then another line runs into another splitter then it goes to upstairs where the tv is... how can i "remove the block" so that when comcast comes back they don't have to go in my basement? |
