Most of the local channels are on spot beams, it is available only in certain areas, private servers do not usually have them. The only exception is large city local channels like New York which are on conus beam and are supported by both public and private servers. You have to select renumber local channels and then select area which is typically the State and metropolitan area. If you are looking for Buffalo, New York local channels, you may be in the spot beam for those channels, but most likely not supported by your private server. |
