I was trying to test the signal and other bits(from 64 to 32 bits), but this device still won't star.Computer blue screened few times but managed to get back up and running again. My system is Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit I didn't use the power connector at the back of the card. Is this tuner card not compatiable with my system? or other problems ?

Remove any software installed that came with it. Remove the card. Install Win XP emulation software. Reinstall the hardware. Reinstal the software that came it as a 32bit windows XP software.
