First of all i am not sure which channel is gonna show ipl.. anywords?? is willow tv showing IPL??? ok for ur secound question i use slingbox works perfect fine on remote locations.. the only draw back is that what ever channel is ur house hold people watching u have to watch the same channel unless u have extra reciever u will also be able to change the channel from ur remote location and quality is really good i got sling box pro hd if any questions let me know also which rec are u gonna use (with slingbox)??
