Hello! I have a SV8000HD with NFPS. Since yesterday my receiver is stuck on one channel and when I tried to change the channel, I get channel change error. I tried hard booting etc. Any one at Ecoustics could think of a solution. Thanks in advance and a Happy New Year.
Clients with donation numbers that starts with 010 must change the port to 11010 and 12010
Clients with donation numbers that starts with 110 must change the port to 11110 and 12110
Clients with donation numbers that starts with 210 and nfps210 must change the port to 11210 and 12210
If you were sent to use the ports 10010 and 10510, then change to ports 10410 and 10510.
NOTE: If you were sent to use the ports 10610 and 10710, then keep them as those clients were not addressed in this change, For this reason recently purchased donation numbers do not have to make any change.
