But it went down today, I see that it is up, but not on my end. I trying to re install the file. system clean and starting from scratch. Its connecting to the internet and updating files but still scrambled.. thanks |

Disconnect all cables to the router. 3. Wait full 1 minute. 4. connect the WF cable to router and tuirn on. 5. Wait full 1 minute. 6. Turn on computer if you want to 7. Try and see channels or scan again. and view. |

If the receiver is not receiving a signal, freezing up or just not working correctly, you can reset it to factory settings. Resetting the unit to factory settings is the first step in troubleshooting the Viewsat Ultra. Once factory settings are restored, all of your personal preferences and stored information, such as television show reminders, will be deleted and cannot be restored. .Difficulty: Moderately Easy Instructions.Things You'll Need: Viewsat Ultra remote control 1 Turn on the Viewsat Ultra receiver and your television. 2 Press the "Menu" button on your remote control. This will take you to the Main Menu. The menu button is located above the "Channel Up" button. 3 Press the "Channel Up" and "Channel Down" buttons to scroll through the options on the Main Menu. Stop when "User Settings" is highlighted. Press the "OK" button to select this option. The "OK" button is the small, circular button located between the "Channel Up," "Channel Down," "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons. If you have set a PIN code, you will be asked to enter it, followed by the "OK" button. 4 Highlight and select "Factory Default" from the "User Settings" menu. 5 Select "Yes" when asked whether you wish to proceed. The factory reset process can take several minutes to complete. Do not attempt to use the receiver until the reset is complete. . |
