Hi, I have been experiencing a lot of freeze/scrambled channel with my paid NFPS for Limsat Ultra. It says the server is connected. I have reinstalled the software but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
We have some hardware problem with port 10010, if you can't watch TV now, please move to the new port
All Donation starting with NFPS210 must change to port 11210 and 12210

Clients with donation numbers that start with 010 must change the port to 11010 and 12010 Clients with donation numbers that start with 110 must change the port to 11110 and 12110 Clients with donation numbers that start with 210 and nfps210 must change the port to 11210 and 12210
Starting Monday December the 13th you will no longer be able to connect to the server with the old ports 10010 and 10510. If your donation number doesn't begin with any of these digits (010,110, 210 and nfps210), please don't change anything, but if this is your case we recommend that you do the change immediately.
