BRAVIA LCD PROBLEM

Hi all, have a Sony KDL 52W3000 3 years old, about 4000 hours of play. It has developed a high latency on the right side of the set also a wavering darker area toward the center of the set. and sometimes a flicker.
Question: Worth fixing?
