It is written in North Korean dialect which I can't read and understand fully. The North Korean dialect has considerable influence form Mongolian and North china dialects which are very different form Mandarin, which again are toally differnt from Cantonese and Xiamenwa
It is genuinely written in a North Korean dialect. Even zulu, who was taught sabotage by the North Koreans, cannot understand it well enough. Even the South Koreans have difficulty with that dialect.
Things got even more complicted when the South Koreans tried to learn more English. They even get teachers from Canada to teach them English. The North Koreans in retaliation tried to learn Chinese language, only to discover that the national language of Mandarin was not understood at all by more than half the people of China, who understand, amongst other languages, Cantonese and Xiamenwah (of Taiwanese vintage).
I tell you, wait till Chinese is taught in Canadian schools. It is already being taught in many American schools, and the kids grow up all confused; you have seen those confused kids posting here too.
