Hi there, I can't scan channels on my anik f3 118 dish ( 33 inch) with circular lo frequency LNB . I have 119/91 mounted on a separate eliptical dish.
here are 119 and 118 settings Sat 119 LNB type Standard Lo Freq 11250 22khz OFF diSEqC 1.0 Port 2 diSEqC 1.1 Disable Multi dish switch disable Lock tp 12297 Motor OF LNB Power ON S:74 Q:90

The circular low frequency settings are SAME for the DisEqC port numbers. So if you are getting 119W using diSEqC 1.0 Port 2 and getting good signal, use the same for 118W. Regarding DisEqC 1.0 or 1.1, trial and error will get you the right one but it will still be the same for both 119W and 118W. The main difference would only be in LNB frequency. For 119W, use 11250 and for 118W use 10750 or 10600 or Universal 9750-10750. Note that currently for many receivers, the Indo-pakistani channels are not working for the last few days.
If you have the 118 LNB on a 33" Dish, the only reason I see for your problems is that you are not pointed corrctly. or that current IKS is not giving you the international channels. Your 118 LNB is capable of 119. Use the settings you described for 119 on ports 2, 3 and 4 and see if you can get 119. Then change LNB freq to 10750 or 10600 and try with that port setting.
By the way, Molvi, I have already allowed for the use of one dish for 119 and 91 - a bit unusual, but is possible with a wide elliptical dish. I would use 110 and 91 on that dish and let the big dish do the 118/119 combo on one port
