I'm having trouble with my Backlit DLP Samsung. Its been almost 4 years and it started doing this about a month ago in and out and now its stuck. The model # is HLR5678WX/XAA Basically the bottom half of the screen shows with these white blocks (looks like a DNA test, see links below). It was having this issue but then clearing up but now its been stuck for weeks. It has started to creep up from the top of the screen now. I have tried several things:
1) unplug and leave off for 24 hours 2) change the input device (does it on all devices)
I'm trying to figure out what's wrong and how much this would cost, unfortunately just for someone to look at it will cost me major $$$ and I don't want to waste it if its going to be costly to fix. I've attached links to picture I've uploaded but never post links before, so hopefully it works. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm trying to decide whether to fix this tv or start shopping around for a new one.
