For Canada, particularly Torontonians, this URL would be helpful. The cost is about $110-140. You will also need an always on Internet connection - Broadband over 1mbps is essential. You can then go to various sites and download the software. Once you have got this equipment, ask again and somebody will point you to the installation instructions. |
