Problems viewing indian channels with CNX Mini

I got the Dongle, and tried installing new 118.8 LNB, and the direction of dish is not changed from 119W, and scanned the receiver at Anik F3 118.8. I'm not able to view any Indian or PPV channels with it. Any direction/guidance will be appreciated.
