Nash Go to the currentbins site. You will see about 10 receivers, click on each and under each one of threceivers there is a place you can click to see the channels offered.
It is difficult to say which ones are working at present. At present, all receivers which are showing active have most channels working. Sonicview always goes up and down. Viewsat has not started yet, and Coolsat is non starter because they don't offer any Indian channels.
Thanks Nalin. Was looking on some other website and found out that these channels are down on SonySat since 21st Jan 2010. Will look on currentbin website now.
As far as I know all those Indian channels are up on CNX dongle and on kbox. With kbox there is a problem wiht DPP LNB, but if you have a simple generic LNB designed for 118, you will get all the channels you mention using a 33" Dish.
The LNB on Dish Plus 500 is a problem with KBOX software version 218. I have not read about any problem with the Nano. In general however, DPP LNBs have problems with FTA receivers. Usually it is related to bandstacking. You have to convert all horizontal TPs to vertical. I am afraid I do not know how to manually change TPs on CNX, but it is usually simple. Read this C/P below.
"If you look at the tp for each ch and one is V and one is H then likely you have DP lnb's and your getting regular and bandstacked. If this is true and you want the best possible scan/EPG do this. Go to lyngsat dot com get freq for sat tps then in channel scan menu check each manualy but for each horizonal subtract the # of the TP from 25600 and change it to vertical. Note: Lyngsat lists tps as L or R as opposed to H and V. Deal with it!

NASH KBOX HAS ALL INDIAN SO FAR. u dont need to use bin 218 , 217 is good and has no problem with the dpp lnb's. 218 is the newest bin but has a problem it will be corected soon but u dont need it . u can use kbox with 217. all is good at this moment .
nash ss was the best when every box was down ss was up . now they are so many stories about ss. it;s down most of the time . lost bev and down on dn.
see it's game . all the owners of these boxes are related somehow tro each other . when one box is down an other take over and so onnnnnnnnnnn. conclusion ? u take a chance with something that is not stable at all. u need 3 or 4 leading box for a back up lol it;s waste of money these days ,
