As to the court allowing the techincal evidence be sealed, I don't think the general public and particularly any hackers who happen to gain access to it would even bother to go through with reding it. The process is a very simple one and the hacking technology is sophisticated enough to be able to hack Microsoft's windows 7. In general, the Ontario courts were very liberal in the 80's and are now very right wing. So Ramkissoon has very little chance of winning. |
