It all started with my grandfather giving me his old Mitsubishi VS-60607 TV after replacing it because it had the problem with the rolling picture, after browsing the forums, and weeks of heating the board with a blowdryer to make it work, i found that the problem with that was two caps that needed replacing, these were two 16v 100ufd caps, one just off the 9 volt regulator and the other just off the 3.2 volt regulator, i replaced both of these (the right way, hopefully) and plugged everything back in, in hopes of a working tv i turned it back on and within seconds it shut itself back off, after browsing the forums again i replaced two of the four onboard fuses that i could get here in town, the others i could not find in town, hoping that it was just one of them that was blown, no luck.Could this be a problem with the capacitors i replaced? using the wrong fuses (other than amp rating)? or something else? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated
