I have 2 dishes (small ones) : one pointed on 61.5 for DN and second on 91.0 for BEV. Both were working with Viesat extreme until the bins working. I bought recently a KBOX PRODIGY and I tried to get channels with no success. I got some FTA channels (indicating that orientation is fine) but for the real channels I have no sound, no image.
Could someone help me to fix this problem ? Should I change LNB, dishes or something else to use Kbox and get channels ?
from what i know, KBOX does not support 61.5 and 91 right now.. i also have kbox prodigy and dish pointed to 118.7 and it works fine.. but for 118.7, you need bigger dish and circular lnb.. you can still use your small dishes.. but point it to 110W, and that would work on kbox..
correct me if i m wrong here more senior guys hope this helps..
Also please remember that to receive Anik F3 (118.7W), you NEED a 33 inch dish and a special LNB for it. The combination costs as little as $60 plus installation costs if any.
you will be glad you made the switch... dont be a fool standing around for a n3 bin... it just not going to happen anytime soon .....im still waiting for the p4 hack...
