Platinum Member Username: PlymouthCanada Post Number: 10574 Registered: Jan-08 | Chris Many time the internet providers block the always connect tunnel, for reset it, you put all to off and power on in this order, Modem, router, receiver then Hub, you can also open a stream tv on your computer which never block your connexion, but you will use the monthly download capacity if you have a maximum . |

On Solaris I only press the power button and the connexion is reset, sometime I reload the file and it work much better. The internet providers reset the connexions for keep their speed and fast access. |

Just go to the connection area and do a factory reset with the yellow or green button and that will take care of your khub, then turn off and on your kbox with your remote control. I was annoyed myself with having to get up, unplug the khub and plug it back in anytime there was a problem. Of course it's nice to go to this screen anyway, because it will tell you if there's a connection issue anyway, so it actually seems quicker and gives you more information. |
