You can see "Ads by google " before the Panarex ad part. However, I do admit that the separateness is a bit confusing and not as separate as I presumed before.

There is no point in installing any new BIN - there is none for the current Nagra 3 encryption. I don't think you should trash any receiver yet. If you want to, you can get a Nfusion or Kbox with khub or Sonicview 360 with ihub. You would get over 300 channels with any of these.
