Yes - and if you have a two-eyed LNB that was scanning 119/110, (nine degrees apart), You can just swing it to get 91/82 (also nine degrees apart). You might need a minor elevation adjustment.
do we need a different switch or the same disq with the double eye lnb with dish 500 will work for both 91 and 82 with the fta's ie kbox for me . I was told that double original dish lnb will not work correctly with fta receivers with the usual fta switch. i know that if i use both 82 and 91 a lot of freezing does occur. and when i switch from sat to sat it tells me bad or no signal then after a little while signal comes back. but if i use either 82 or 91 indvidually then the problem goes to 25%
If you have the Dish "the double eye lnb", you are better off using a DP34 or even better using DP44, because of the powering issues with DP34 and FTA. A DP44 has four inputs for LNBs and four outputs for for receivers.
