Wednesday, July 08, 2009 - 00:37 GMT Turn the PC OFF ! Just kidding. I really do not understand what you might be experiencing. Is the PC a portable ? Located close to your Kbox wireless connection ? Is it just possible that the PC is making so much noise that it pollutes the air (RF wise) and that blocks your Kbox ????

Wednesday, July 08, 2009 - 01:01 GMT Some times programs like frostwire make uploads and take all the broadband, you need to tune up downloading and sharing to avoid broadband drain. Regards

Wednesday, July 08, 2009 - 02:05 GMT If your having problems with your router, I would personally flash it with dd-wrt and change the way the bandwidth is being distributed between your subsystems

Wednesday, July 08, 2009 - 05:24 GMT Leo. Simply reboot the Linksys Router. That could solve your problem. If not, go into its configuration and make sure DHCP server is activated. This should solve conflicts. What is the router by the way ? Model number ?

Wednesday, July 08, 2009 - 20:09 GMT In Windows, Start/Execute and type cmd in the textbox. A DOS windows will open. In the dos window box type: ipconfig /release (note there is no space between the slash and the word release) that will disconnect the PC from Internet. Then see if your KBox is working. on your PC then type: ipconfig /renew that will reconnect the PC using a different DHCP router address. see if your KBox works again. Report.
