Bronze Member Username: ShenanigansPost Number: 95 Registered: Sep-06 | If you're bored and have nothing to do, try this... Go to tp 12486 on 110. Manually input and save these two sets of PIDs V6946 A6947 P6946 V4130 A4131 P4130 With a little luck you'll be able to point your kids in front of Cartoon Network or the 'N' channel and get yourself some relief for a while. NoW, before you jump my azz, I cannot guarantee this will work for everyone. I heard about if from a friend of a friend's cousin's next door neighbor's aunt living in a one room shack in Crosslanes, West Virginia....... But, what have you got to lose? Three minutes? Right? Well, at least for those of you who know how to manually enter PIDs for your receiver. lol |

Bronze Member Username: ThadragunKingston, Ontario Post Number: 70 Registered: Mar-07 | I used to get cartoon network without doing anything extra. My son was so happy. Then I wanted to try to see if I could scan for some other channels that were apparently also still up that I was missing. I deleted all the channels and rescanned and the missing channels are in my list now but now none of the channels actually work . Completly black. Interested in trying this out, not sure where I need to go to add these two sets of PIDs tho. WHere do I go in a Viewsat Pro? Thanks |

Bronze Member Username: ShenanigansPost Number: 97 Registered: Sep-06 | Don't have a Viewsat myself, but try this c/p... Menu, installation, channel scan, press arrow down 3 times to edit tp, press ok and the arrow down to the tp you want (from the list)and then press f4 enter the video pid, audio pid and pcr pid (from the list) and press ok, Exit to the main screen making sure you say yes to save changes. Repeat procedure for each channel. The channel will come as user chan 1 etc. You can edit this in channel edit. |

Bronze Member Username: ShenanigansPost Number: 98 Registered: Sep-06 | Should work on any receiver. Just enter the PIDs manually for both channels. |
