Anyone who's not getting those channels can add them manually with the following settings:

salim this is temporary..
until dn switch to nagra 3
and u won't see nagra 3 channels until it get cracks or if u have iks rec

no, sun and ktv are not up however, yeah there are few arabic channels working on this direction. Plus, they are up temp as DN is preparing to permanently delete these channels from this location.

salim, you can watch ART,Egypt and Abu Dhabi channels on 148 they are open now

Guyz Its really easy to get few indian channels listed above. You can only get those channels by adding it manually on 148 sattelite. I got all 5 channels on my nfusion.

prodo if u have extra dish , u can move it to 82 west and u can also see sony,ndtv,ary, and cbn, on nfusion

but i am sure u already know about it..

The problem is that I live in sanjose,california. I dont get 82 from there. Is there any way I can get that?

hi,

do I have to move the dish before I feed the numbers. How can I know I have set it to 148. Is there any settings on the dish. Can I do it myself or have I to call a professional.

I tried choosing the satellite and feeding the numbers, but I do not know how to save.

Rashida: to get 148W in Toronto is very difficult. You are aiming at 6 degrees above horizon. The 148w sat is intended for the West Coast.
If you must attempt it, you can look up the calculations by going to
www.dishpointer.com
A 36" dish is desirable.

You cannot get anything till you properly pointing to the Sat. After that you entered the numbers manually. Then you scan and save the channel. Usually it comes in as Ch-1 or something like that. After saving you go into Channel Edit and rename it to the proper channel name.
After all this effort, Dish might put those remaining channels to N3 or just remove them. They are going to be available only on 118.7 eventually.

18 inch dish is fine but remember not all 18 inches dishes are capable of going too low on the elevation thats why some people get it and some not. Try direct TV dish. Remember the up and down thingy is elevation.
