Humphries | we had the same problem some remotes do not work with that tv RCA makes a remote that works: I cannot see a model number anywhere on it, it is silver and can control 4 devices the buttons are blue and green Walmart sells a durabrand remote that works as well -I bought a RCA Systemlink simple 3 but I cannot get it to work with that tv |

Derek | Philips just introduced a bunch of flat, silver remotes thay claim to work with the most brands on the market. They are not on Philips' web site but Best Buy and Walgreens sells them from $7 to $39. I bought one for a friend and though it wasn't backlit, it did contol all of the equipment. Hope this helps. |
