Viewsat v2000 Premium

My viewsat v2000 premium suddenly is saying No video or Audio in most of my channels, so I was wondering how I fix this. Also, I hear about downloading fta files. What excatly does that do? |

It was like this before, I got a new box, and they started working again... I don't want to buy a new box again everytime it stops working. Are you certain that it isn't just down, and that I need to get fta files? That video explained somewhat, but not completely... |
