Connecting Null modem to USB

Bronze Member Username: TrinityPost Number: 63 Registered: Oct-06 | Hey Guys, My null modem apparently does not work on the desktop to download bin files with a RS 232 null modem cable. It just keeps on giving me a message saying Downloading and shows 0% forever. I tried the other serial ports and they do not work either. I have a laptop but no connection for a null modem. Can I connect my null modem to a USB to connect to my lap top to download bin files. I would appreciate your help. |

Gold Member Username: Donnie1973Post Number: 3188 Registered: May-06 | make sure u are on com 1 on the loader 2 using the desktop, if u go buy a usb to serial adaptor it will be com 4. if u are not 100 percent sure u have a null modem cable, radio shack sells a null modem adaptor | |
