I heard they were changing servers or something like that... I don't think is a paying site at all... The even discourage and warn people about paying for fixes. But maybe they changed to N3 (jaja) Who Knows...

That statement - the home of pansat / BL - might have been their downfall

Many sites have gone down - never to return -

support will still be there , just get the files elsewhere

Plymouth,

The problem with currentbins.com is that it is hosted in the USA. I would never touch a site for FTA that's hosted in America.

Don't listen many rumors on many sites, you can download from American site which not proove that you load it in your receiver.

I download from this site since over 7 months.

when the bin for pansat is released, it will be released on the irc channel #fta&more (gigacrew). then other sites will soon follow. blacklist has parted his ways with pansat but the coders known as TBL (team blacklist) will be releasing on the channel first. There is no more "official site" to the pansat boxes. The moderators on this channel are the same moderators that were for the official irc channel of #future-fta.info and if you try to go to the future channel it will redirect you to this new channel. If you have any questions other than "is there a pansat bin yet?" they will be more than happy to answer you. they are the ones who caught me up to speed on the downfall of the future-fta.info site.

Every time there's a big black out coming, this site tends to go down for weeks, even months. There's always speculations about what's happening and where did they go. Maybe it is business strategy, or they need time to work and keeping the site up is just too much to handle for TBL during this difficult time for the future of FTA's.
All this seems like "deya-vu" to me. I've seen it all before.

My recommendation for all of you is patience.

Last time (2006) and almost every time, Pansats are the last ones to put their fixes out. Some people are used to this but newbies are a little too impatient.

Whether there will be a fix or not, complaining and nagging won't make it come faster...

Patience is a Virtue... Just hang in there

Bazuka,

Not a confusing post at all. CompleteFTA was busted, now back up, and their server is in Chicago.
The "new" Future-Fta.info is back also, and their server is in Chicago as well. Not a coincidence.
Future used to be based offshore. Stay away from those sites.

imdrumming,
Where did you get those info from? I am not that great with internet tracking, but by playing around, I can tell you that those links that you have posted is far from what I was playing with... Yes if you clicking on the links that you have provided, then you have those both web sites with the same IP. I could by create the same thing by just changing the website name to whatever I want. For instantly, FakeFTA or even your name (iamdrumming), I would get the same result here... try this:
www.future-fta.info" in the IPAddress/Hostname then hit search and I saw that they are located in Japan with an IP.119.82.30.211.

Is it me? or someone has played us for a fool. At first, I was fool too... but then after playing around... something didn't click up.... Then again... I am just playing around.... maybe I am wrong... can someone confirm???

Thank you

Future-fta said they are cahnging or revamping their server.

When I did a

http://119.82.30.211/

I got a c-panel message like this.

"If you can see this page, then the people who manage this server have installed cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) which use the Apache Web server software and the Apache Interface to OpenSSL (mod_ssl) successfully. They now have to add content to this directory and replace this placeholder page, or else point the server at their real content.
ATTENTION!

If you are seeing this page instead of the site you expected, please contact the administrator of the site involved. (Try sending an email to <webmaster@domain>.) Although this site is running cPanel, WebHost Manager, and Apache software it almost certainly has no other connection to cPanel Inc. or the Apache Group. Please do not send mail about this site or its contents to cPanel Inc. or the Apache Group."

How I got that info is this. There is an add-on in Firefox called Flagfox. It shows the flag of the country of the true location of the server that the site is on.
True, now it does show that Future-FTA.info is in Japan, but something is definitely fishy about the "new" Future-Fta.info

Something is not right at all. I'm staying away.

Team Blacklist is NOT affiliated with the "new" future-fta.info site anymore, even though they still use the top banner which says "Supported by Blacklist"

It is quite conceivable that because of DN litigation Future site is claiming "supported by TBL" at the same time a divorce with TBL.
