Thursday, March 19, 2009 - 11:52 GMT Hello Everyone, I am trying to figure out if the focal depth for a 10ft Microwave dish will be the same or different if I modify this dish to receive satellite signals? I ask a couple of persons this question, and some are telling that it would be the same and others told me that it would be different because the signals? Do you think that there would be a difference? Thanks in advance for your response(s). toney.

Thursday, March 19, 2009 - 12:12 GMT Andre Toney This is +- the same depth, in regard with the LNB you use, Feed Horn or not. You must get the best focal point. The easy way is pointed on a low signal satellite and use a satellite tracker and try to found the higher signal as possible. You did not mentionned if you want get C-Band or Ku.

Thursday, March 19, 2009 - 17:25 GMT Andre Why not use this dish for get true FTA or C-Band and use a motorized 33"/36" with a Invacom QPH-031. Note that I don't know where you are located.
