I tried to use a 23" DN 1000.2 HD dish with a Linear 10750 LNB. the result, didnt work. went to 31 inch dish, with same LNB works, but very low quality, around 25 - 40 but good enough. need 30 inch dish, or bigger

However the Payam-E-Afghan is from Afghanistan as the name suggests. MTA seems to be either Indian or Pakistani when I looked at their website. And the Aria is Iranian as it say at front page of their website.
