42" panny plasma fizzed out

have a 42" panny that has no power. both line fuses blew . put new ones in and still wont turn on but now at least the lED light by the power switch is on and blinking but, not very entertaining to watch. Any ideas?

What series is the TV? Is it 1080p?
The 70 series 1080p Panny plasmas had power supply problems.
