My friend just calle dme and told me after his last reboot he doesnt have anymore ppv channels . he has tried to rescan them in but nothing they just dont show up any 1 have any suggestions to fix this ? thanks in advance

I tried to Scan Anik F3. .. but none of them working, and are all channels appeared on scan are in abbreviation (not in Full name_) none of them working
