Indian pakistani channels

I do not see how you can get any channels, considering thast there is a ECM and there are no VALID FLU to 2700 BINs.

The reason what i understand that i added the Anik/F3 but when i checked the angle (I mean )118.8 there was 0.00 instead how to attach the 118.8' with Anik/F3
